Although these hair pieces seem like a lower cost alternative to hair transplantation, one must consider that they need to be maintained, cleaned and re-fitted regularly, and are attached with glue, tape, and sometimes a surgical procedure that hooks a wire into a skin flap upon the scalp. For someone who does have enough donor hair for a hair transplant, a hair system may seem like a good alternative, but when you add hassle and the insecurity of wearing a piece to the equation, is the savings worth it? Perhaps not. There are many lady’s wigs and men’s wigs online, but you must make sure what you are getting when you buy, not all hair pieces and wigs are created equal.
